1 <br />3,000.00 <br />1-1/2 <br />4,800.00 <br />2 <br />7,200.00 <br />However, if the water to be used on the premises is not and will not be measured by a <br />water meter, the Service Director shall, on the basis of accepted engineering practices <br />and, further, on the basis of requirements of similar or comparable establishments, <br />determine the size of a water meter that would be required to serve the premises. The <br />meter size so determined shall be used in calculating the charge under the foregoing <br />Schedules B and D. <br />(c) Permit and Charges in Addition to Other Requirements. The permit and charges <br />provided for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be in addition to any other permits <br />and charges required by any other legislation and regulations of the City. <br />(d) Penalty. Any person, natural or corporate, who violates any provision of <br />subsection (a) or (b) hereof, shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for any <br />such violation, and each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(e) Disposition of Moneys. All charges collected pursuant to subsections (a) and <br />(b) hereof shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund established by Section 4 of the <br />Mortgage Revenue Bond Ordinance (Ordinance 3146, passed November 3, 1960) <br />authorizing the issuance of one million five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars <br />($1,525,000) first mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds. <br />(Ord. 94-97.
