(e) Dilution. No discharger shall increase the use of potable or process water in <br />any way for the purpose of diluting a discharge as a partial or complete substitute for <br />adequate treatment to achieve compliance with the standards set forth in the Codified <br />Ordinances, contained in the Federal pretreatment standards or contained in any State <br />requirements. This shall not prohibit the use of equalization tanks utilized to regulate <br />flows. <br />(f) Supplementary Limitations. No discharger shall discharge wastewater <br />containing concentrations of the following enumerated materials, exceeding the <br />following values: <br />Material <br />(mg/L) <br />Arsenic <br />0.2 <br />Cadmium <br />2.0 <br />Chromium, Hexavalent <br />1.0 <br />Chromium, Total <br />2.0 <br />Copper <br />1.0 <br />Cyanide, Free <br />2.0 <br />Cyanide, Total <br />2.0 <br />
