I. Applicable charges and fees. <br />Compliance with BMPs as described in 40 CFR 403.8 <br />J. Other conditions as deemed necessary by the Service Director to <br />ensure compliance with this chapter. <br />(2) Nontransferability. Wastewater discharge permits are issued to a <br />specific industrial discharger for a specific operation. A wastewater discharge <br />permit shall not be reassigned, transferred or sold to a new owner, industrial <br />discharger or different premises without written consent from the Service Director. <br />(3) Permit revisions. The City reserves the right to amend any wastewater <br />discharge permit issued hereunder in order to assure compliance by the City with <br />applicable pretreatment standards and requirements. Industrial users with an <br />effective discharge permit shall be informed of any proposed changes to the permit <br />at least thirty days prior to the effective date of any such changes. Any changes or <br />new conditions in the permit shall include a reasonable time schedule for <br />compliance. <br />(Ord. 91-124. Passed 10-1-91.) <br />917.05 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS. <br />No person shall discharge sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes to any sewer <br />outlet within the jurisdiction of the City, without having first complied with the terms of <br />the Codified Ordinances. <br />New sources are required to install and have in operating condition, and shall "start <br />up" all pollution control equipment required to meet applicable pretreatment standards <br />before beginning to discharge.
