SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from <br />any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approve by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants <br />shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of <br />Council and for purposes other than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this City in order to appropriate the funding of urgent city projects; and further <br />provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect upon its approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED:EM%(— <br />I <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council <br />Approved: ` <br />Ke in M.
