CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2018 - 6 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REVISED FEE AND CHARGE <br />SCHEDULE FOR THE RENTAL OF THE COMMUNITY CABIN/SENIOR <br />CENTER. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 2011-56 amended Chapter 945.05 of the Codified Ordinances <br />entitled "Community Cabin/Senior Center; Fees" by removing the fee and charge schedule from <br />the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Codified Ord. 945.05 provides as follows: <br />Fees for the use and rental of the North Olmsted Community Cabin <br />and the North Olmsted Senior Center shall be fixed by the Mayor <br />with the approval of City Council. The Fee schedule is attached to <br />this Ordinance 2015-54 as Attachment A and is incorporated <br />herein as if fully rewritten; and <br />WHEREAS, a revised schedule was enacted via Ordinance 2015-54; and <br />WHEREAS, the Administration has determined and recommends to Council that a new <br />and revised fee schedule be implemented for the rental of the Community Cabin/Senior Center. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Fee and Charge Schedule for the Community Cabin/Senior <br />Center adopted by and through Ordinance 945.05 be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2: That the new and revised Fee and Charge Schedule, which reads in its <br />entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated by <br />reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be the new and revised Fee and Charge Schedule for <br />the rental of the Community Cabin/Senior Center. <br />SECTION 3: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. Conflicting or <br />inconsistent provisions of any Ordinance shall be corrected at re -codification. <br />
