ATTACHMENT A Community Cabin Fees and Charges 1. Definitions For the purposes of Attachment A and Attachment B, the following definitions shall apply: (a) "City Resident" means an individual whose legal address is located within the City of North Olmsted. (Class C) (b) "City Non -Resident" means an individual whose legal address in located outside the City of North Olmsted. (Class D) (c) "City Non -Profit Group" means an organization who qualifies under U.S. Internal Revenue Service Code and Regulations as a non-profit entity and whose legal address is located within the City of North Olmsted. (Class B) (d) "City North Olmsted Sponsored Groups Organization" means an organization based in the City of North Olmsted. (Class A) (e) "Weekday" means 6:00 a.m. Monday to 5:00 p.m. Friday (f) "Weekend" means 5:00 p.m. Friday to 11:00 p.m. Sunday 2. Charges and Deposits Renters are responsible for all set up, clean up, and return of the equipment and facilities to the condition and arrangement prior to their use. The following charges and deposits are applicable to Community Cabin and Senior Center renters. There are no charges for Class A renters. Security Deposit There shall be a required one hundred fifty dollar ($4-99150) refundable security deposit for damage and cleanup. A security deposit is required for Class B, C and D renters prior to issuance of a rental permit. In the event the security deposit made by an individual, group or organization is insufficient to cover the cost of necessary labor or replacements for lost or damaged equipment or damage to the buildings or property, the individual representing the group or organization shall be held personally responsible for such damage, loss or replacement. 3. Rental Permit Fee Schedule For the purposes of the Rental Permit Fee Schedule below, the following shall apply: • "Class A" includes City of North Olmsted sponsored groups including City of North Olmsted for municipal purposes, Boards and Commissions, City departments, City sponsored senior groups, and the North Olmsted Community Council. • "Class B" includes non-profit groups. • "Class C" includes North Olmsted residents. • "Class D" includes individuals who live outside North Olmsted.
