MAYOR'S COURT AGENCY 801 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />MAYOR'S COURT BOND 802 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS <br />ORDINANCE INCREASE ORDINANCE <br />2017-88 (DECREASE) 2018-17 <br />1,200,000 - 1,200,000 <br />12,000 12,000 <br />63,653,990 (241,697) 63,412,293 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from <br />any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no <br />warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance.
