EXHIBfT <br />Legal Description for <br />Easement for access to light pole <br />And traffic pull box <br />On Permanent Parcel Number 231-026-003 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and known as Lot 1 Consolidation Parcel on the Consolidation Plat <br />as recorded in Volume 336 of Maps, Page 65 of Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at an Iron Pin Monument found at the intersection of the center line of Lorain Road 80 feet <br />wide, with the center line of Clague Road right of way varies; thence South 51°31'57" West a distances <br />of 33.60 feet to a point; thence North 38°28'03"West a distances of 40.00 feet to a point in the <br />Northerly Right of way line of said Lorain Road and the principal place of beginning of the easement <br />described herein; <br />Thence continuing North 38°28'03" West a distance of 3.00 feet to point; <br />Thence North 51°31'57" East a distance of 14.98 feet to point in the Westerly right of way line of said <br />Clague Road; <br />Thence South 22104'45" East a distance of 3.13 feet along the said Westerly right of way line to the said <br />Northerly right of way line of Lorain Road; <br />Thence South 51°31'67" West along the said Northerly right of way line of Lorain Road a distance of <br />14.10 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 43.6 sq. ft., as prepared by Boland Land <br />Survey LLC, by Sean A.
