(a) Each massage establishment permit holder shall display at all times, and in a conspicuous place open to the public within the massage establishment, his/her/its current permit so that the same may be readily seen by persons upon entering the premises. (d) Other operating requirements. (1) Every portion of a massage establishment, including appliances and apparatus, shall be kept clean and operated in a sanitary condition at all times. (2) All massage establishments shall be provided at all times with clean, laundered sheets and towels in sufficient quantity, and the sheets and towels shall be laundered after each use thereof and stored in a sanitary manner.
