Shift differential shall be paid to employees assigned to the second <br />(1600 to 2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively. <br />7.03 All forms of compensation shall he paid by electronic deposit commencing at the <br />Employer's convenience, but not later than thirty (30) days after the execution of this <br />Agreement. In the event an employee is deemed un -bankable, the Employer will meet with the <br />employee to attempt to remedy the problem. <br />7.04 Effective January 1, 2015, each Correction Officer shall be paid additional compensation <br />in the amount of one -thousand ($1,000) dollars for obtaining and/or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. Payment shall be made in the first lull pay period of the year. Effective January 1, <br />2016, all bargaining unit members shall be paid additional compensation annually in the amount <br />of seven hundred fifty ($750.00) dollars for obtaining and/or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. Payment shall be made in the first full pay period ofthe year. <br />ARTICLE 8 LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.01 All employees shall receive additional compensation, pursuant to the following schedule <br />through December 31, 2012. <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes live (5) years <br />S 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />S 750.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />
