One Family Residences. In any A, B or C Residence District, the maximum height shall be <br />35 feet above grade level or two and one-half (2'/2) stories, whichever is the lesser. <br />B. Two Family Residences. In a Two Family Residence District, the maximum height shall be <br />30 feet above grade level or two (2) stories, whichever is the lesser. <br />C. Basements. A basement shall be deemed a story when its ceiling is more than four and <br />one-half (4'/2) feet above grade level. <br />D. Appurtenances. Chimneys, wireless towers and television antennae erected upon and as <br />an integral part of a dwelling may be erected or extended above the height of the district <br />provided that any such appurtenance shall be set from the exterior vertical plane of the <br />building one (1) foot horizontally for each two (2) feet of height beyond the stated height <br />limitations. <br />Section 1135.05 Lot Area, Coverage and Width <br />A. Minimum Requirements.
