Council Minutes of 10-16-2018 <br />Maintenance Code entitled "Notice of Violation' in order to provide an additional <br />method of service for a notice of violation, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2018-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending sections 1364.100 of Chapter 1364 of the Interior Maintenance <br />Code entitled "Notice of Violation' in order to provide an additional method of service <br />for a notice of violation, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare meeting for Tuesday, <br />October 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.rn. to discuss Ordinance 2018-94 and a liquor permit <br />application. The Director of Safety & Service is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for <br />Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss CMS 18-12137 Ganley Westside <br />Imports, Resolution 2018-95, Ordinance 2018-96, Ordinance 2018-97 and Ordinance <br />2018-98. The Director of Planning & Development is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Hemann scheduled an Environmental Control meeting for Wednesday, <br />November 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2018-93.
