MAYOR'S COURT AGENCY 801 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />MAYOR'S COURT BOND 802 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />2019 LESS: CAPITAL <br />APPROPRIATIONS IMPROVEMENTS <br />1,500,000 <br />AMENDMENT <br />INCREASE ORDINANCE <br />(DECREASE) 2018-100 <br />1,500,000 <br />1,500,000 1,500,000 <br />12,000 <br />12,000 <br />12,000 12,000 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 70,015,796 (5,070,000) 64,945,796 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
