, _.. <br />CITY OF NORTH QLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-164 <br />PAGE 2 <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3: That the City Director of Finance is hereby <br />authorize to raw his warrants on the City Treasury for pay- <br />ments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving <br />proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the <br />Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures <br />provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or Ordinance. Provided, further, that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can be expended constituting <br />a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other <br />than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4: That this Ordinance is declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of <br />services, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PAS S ED eZ.,/, /99Z <br />ATTEST: <br />F N E E.
