Center Fund <br />Bond Retirement- GO 100,000.00 <br />Service F.rn,; pumt Fund 3,888.19 <br />Safety Equignent Fund 10.71 <br />Sewer Revenue Fund <br />Plant Maintenance 85.00 <br />Workers Ccapensation 10,000.00 <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall invuediately <br />fozward an attested copy fo the Ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3: That the City Director of Finance is hereby <br />authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for pay- <br />ments froan any of the foregoing appropriations upon recieving <br />proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the <br />Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures <br />provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or Ordinance. Provided, further, that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can be expended constituting <br />a legal obligation against the City and for pw..poses other <br />than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />20,000.00 <br />55,000.00 <br />50,000.00 <br />$ 238,983.90 <br />Section 4: That this Ordinace is declared to be an <br />emergency measure inmediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is imnediately necessary for the continuity of <br />services, and further provided it receives the affirnlative vote <br />of two-thirds of all menbers of Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force inuediately upon its pa.ssage and approval by the <br />D'Zayor. <br />PASSED .? ?2 f i <br />A'PI'E5T : <br />04-'?
