0*1-, ,x,11,11, <br />Section 3. The Issuer does hereby designate and appoint <br />Mary H. Slama as its Prevailing Wage Coordinator for the Project pursuant <br />to the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Sections 4115.071 to perform <br />the duties therein specified. <br />Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this ordi- <br />nance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and' that all <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in com- <br />pliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety, and for the reason that this ordinance must be <br />immediately effective in order to eliminate the hazards and expenses to <br />the Issuer and its people resulting from lack of job opportunities; <br />therefore, this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and <br />be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ir,? <br />ATTE ST : <br />F ORENCE E.
