CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-141 <br />BY: ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SALT STORAGE <br />BUILDING FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, <br />AND AUTHORI2ING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he <br />is here y?-authorized to advertise for bids for the construction <br />of a salt storage building for the service department, in <br />accordance with the specifications now on file in his office, and <br />that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North 0lmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force r? om and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS S E D : <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
