CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-140 <br />BY. ? . <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR FUEL TANKS AND PUMPS FOR THE SERVICE <br />GARAGE AND BUS GARAGE, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for fuel tanks and pumps <br />for the service garage and bus garage, in accordance with the <br />specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION Z: That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS SED : /???? <br />ATTEST: <br />F orence E.
