Section 10: That Contractor shall not permit the discharge into the sanitary
sewer of any effluent that will in any way adversely affect the Wastewater
Treatment System of the City of North Olmsted and that the City of North Olmsted
shall have the right to inspect sanitary sewerage effluent, from time to time
coming from Contractor and if in North Olmsted's opinion it is such that it will
adversely affect the Wastewater Treatment System, it shall have the right to
shut off such effluent until such adverse condition is corrected.
Section 11: That Contractor will not connect or permit to be connected any
sanitary sewer collection line into the North Olmsted sewer collection system
without approval of the proposed connection location from the City Engineer of
North Olmsted, such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
