EXHIBIT A <br />ORDI NANCE NO. 82-135 <br />AGREEMEPJT <br />THE CITY OF tJORTH OLt4STED AND THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK <br />IN THE MATTER OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 1982, by <br />and between the City of PJorth Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of Ohio, hereinafter referred to as North Olmsted; <br />and the City of Fairview Park, Cuyahoga County, two municipal corporations <br />of the State of Ohio, hereinafter referred to as Contractor duly authorized <br />by the following ordinances passed by their respective Councils: <br />Fairview Park Ordinance No, passed on the day of ,1982, <br />North Olmsted Ordinance No. 82-135 passed on the day of ,1982. <br />WITNESSETH, that: <br />WHEREAS, North Olmsted owns and operates a wastewater treatment plant <br />located at 23775 Mastic Road in said City; and <br />WHEREAS, such wastewater treatment plant presently has sufficient capacity <br />to provide treatment for wastewater generated within the existing Service Area <br />within the Parkview Area of the City of Fairview Park; and <br />WHEREAS, North Olmsted is willing to treat wastewater of adjacent commun- <br />ities and private properties by contract; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fairview Park is desirous of entering into an agree- <br />ment for the treatment by North Olmsted of its wastewater. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants, <br />hereinafter set forth, and of other good and valuable considerations, the <br />Municipalities do hereby promise and agree as follows: <br />-1-
