??.,. <br /> <br />Section 4: That Contractor will adopt the necessary legislation authorizing the <br />Cleveland Water Department to bill all Cleveland water users in the Service Area <br />quarterly. <br />Section 5: That Contractor will not permit the construction of any sanitary <br />sewer in the Sewer Area, whose sewage is to be treated at the North Olmsted <br />Wastewater Plant, unless such gewers are constructed of pipe having joints and <br />fittings as specified by North Olmsted and that the plans and specifications shall <br />be first approved by the City Engineer of North Olmsted, and that such construction <br />shall be inspected and approved by an engineer of the City of North Olmsted, the <br />cost thereof charged to the construction costs. Approval by the City of North <br />Olmsted shall not be unreasonable withheld. <br />Section 6: That Contractor will not permit any curb connection or tap-in to <br />serve more than one property, house, building or structure unless approved by the <br />City Engineer of North Olmsted and charges adjusted accordingly. <br />Section 7: That Contractor will not permit any curb or tap-in to be made until <br />a permit has been obtained from the City Engineer of North Olmsted. Such permit <br />shall be issued, unless it is determined that the effluent to be discharged will <br />adversely affect the wastewater treatment system of the City of North Olmsted, <br />without charge and shall show the location of the connection or tap-in, nature <br />of business or use of property on which it is located, proposed date connection <br />or tap-in is to be made and the amount of the initial tap-in shall be paid to <br />the City of North Olmsted before such connection is made. <br />Section 8: That Contractor will adopt the necessary legislation requiring each <br />home, building or other structure, requiring sanitary sewage facilities, to connect <br />into the sanitary sewage system as it may become available to such property. <br />Section 9: That Contractor will keep its sanitary sewage collecting system in <br />good repair and operating condition at its own cost and will not permit storm sewers, <br />-4-
