CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-107 <br />BY : )xt, 4L_ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT <br />HUNDRED AND SEVENTY- FIVE DOLLARS ($4,875.00) <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE REPAIR OR <br />REPLACEMENT OF THE POLICE STATION ROOF, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has received additional <br />revenue through the sale of obsolete vehicles, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted desires to repair or <br />replace the Police Station roof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Council hereby appropriates the sum of <br />Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-Five dollars ($4,875.00) from <br />the 6eneral Fund for the repair or replacement of the Police Station <br />roof. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Coancil is hereby directed <br />to forward a certified copy of this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency messure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, safety, and welfare of the City, and for the further reason <br />that the immediate appropriation is necessary to enable the City to enter <br />into contract for such repair or replacement: Wherefore, provided it <br />receives the affirmative Yote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it <br />shall be in full force and take effect immediately after its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />-40 ? <br />Florence E.
