. <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-103 <br />PAGE 2. <br />Thence, North 720 0' 28" East 147.46 feet along <br />the Northerly line of I-480 to a point in the Easterly <br />line of Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction Company's <br />North Olmsted Subdivision #2; <br />Thence, North 720 7' 9" East 187.58 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to an angle point; <br />Thence, North 790 9' 15" East 251.28 feet along the <br />Northerly line of I-480 to its intersection with the <br />Easterly line of land conveyed to Olmsted Farms, Inc. by <br />deed recorded in Volume 12398, Page 509 of Cuyahoga <br />County Deed Records; <br />Thence, North 30 2' 12" East 109.95 feet along the <br />Easterly line of land so conveyed to Olmsted Farms, Inc., <br />to a point in the Southerly line of land conveyed to <br />Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company by deed recorded <br />in Volume 3934, Page 48 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence, North 650 34' 38" West 456.88 feet along the <br />Southerly line of land so conveyed to Cleveland Electric <br />Illuminating Company to a corner; <br />Thence, South 2° 8' 55" West 12.97 feet along the <br />Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said <br />Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction Company's North <br />Olmsted Subdivision #2 to the Northeasterly corner therein; <br />Thence, North 630 56' 40" West 1,282.53 feet along the <br />Northerly line of said Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction <br />Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 to the Northwesterly <br />corner therein; <br />Thence, South 1° 43' 50" West 246.90 feet along the <br />Westerly line of said Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction <br />Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 to the place of <br />beginning. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given <br />pursuant to the pxovisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter <br />of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone <br />Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map <br />will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall <br />be revised by changing the zoning of said described land from Single <br />Residence A District to Limited Industry District, and that said <br />parcel of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of <br />the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted.
