<br />Par. 33. The parties hereto agree that the initial lease tenu as specified
<br />on page 1, may be continued upon the same terms and conditions specified
<br />in this lease on a month to month basis provided tha.t tenant shall have
<br />first given the landlord at least thirty (30) days notice in advance of
<br />its intentions to continue the lease beyond the initial lease term, and
<br />further provided that landlord agrees to extend said lease terms on a
<br />month to month basis.
