CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 82-21 PAGE 7. SECTION 6: That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension Transfer Fund the following: Fire Pension Transfer Fund ................... $ 89,086 SECTION 7: That there be appropriated from the Trust and Agency Fund the following: Trust and Agency Fund ........................ $ 193,000 SECTION 8: That there be appropriated from the Casualty Loss Fund the following: Casualty Loss Fund ........................... $ 150,000 SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. SECTION 10: That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting legal obligation against the City and for the purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. SECTION 11: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
