CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-21 <br />PAGE 7. <br />SECTION 6: That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension <br />Transfer Fund the following: <br />Fire Pension Transfer Fund ................... $ 89,086 <br />SECTION 7: That there be appropriated from the Trust and Agency <br />Fund the following: <br />Trust and Agency Fund ........................ $ 193,000 <br />SECTION 8: That there be appropriated from the Casualty Loss <br />Fund the following: <br />Casualty Loss Fund ........................... $ 150,000 <br />SECTION 9: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 10: That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized <br />to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of <br />the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law <br />to approve same or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the <br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for <br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in <br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further, that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval <br />of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting legal <br />obligation against the City and for the purposes other than those <br />covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 11: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />45- <br />Florence E.
