<br />EXNIBIT A <br />AGREEMENT FOR AyE SERVICES <br />PROJECT NUMBER 82-02 <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this 29" day of <br />M,A)c cN <br />in the year Nineteen <br />Hundred and Eighty-two (1982), by and between: <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio <br />5206 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City") <br />and <br />Richard C. Mongello, AIA <br />Mongello Associates - Architects - Planners <br />3784 Clague Road <br />North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Architect") <br />WITNESSETH, that it is the intention of the City to construct a Bus Garage <br />facility and a Service Garage facility on the property currently owned by <br />the City %southwest of the intersection of Lorain Road and Dover Center Road <br />and further to plan for the construction of a new Administration Building on <br />that same property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City and the Architect agree as set forth as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1, ARCHITECT'S SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1•0 _ Schematic Design Phase <br />The Architect's Basic Services consist of the six phases <br />described in Paragraphs 1.1 through 1.6 and include normal structural, mechanical <br />and electrical engineering services and any other services included in Article <br />15 as part of Basic Services. <br />1.1.1 The Architect shall review the program furnished by the <br />City to ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall review the <br />understanding of such requirements with the City. <br />1•11Z The Architect shall provide a preliminary evaluation <br />of the program and the Project budget requirements, each in terms of the other, <br />subject to the limitations set forth in Subparagraph 3.2.1.
