01. <br />BY: DEAN McKAY <br />*1%. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-42 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />ONE (1) USED AND RECONDITIONED ICE RESURFACER WITH <br />ACCESSORIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME. <br />WHEREAS, due to the age and condition of the present ice <br />resurfacer, it is necessary for the Recreation Department to <br />purchase a used reconditioned ice resurfacer which requires the <br />advertising for bids. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1.
