... ? <br />? ? .... <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />OKDINANCE N0. 82-45 <br />PAGE 2. <br />Section 2: All full-time employees listed in Section 1 there- <br />of, having completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service <br />as an employee of the Parks and Recreation Department, shall be en- <br />titled to an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary; <br />thereafter until completion of tenth (10) year of full-time continuous <br />service, after which such employees shall receive five percent (5l) <br />of their base annual salary; thereafter until the completion of their <br />fifteenth (15) year of full-time continuous service, such employee shall <br />receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary until completion <br />of the twentieth (20) year of full-time continuous service and during <br />each year of full-time service thereafter they shall receive seven <br />percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />Section 3: That all full-time employees as designated in <br />Section 1 hereof shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />requested to work by the Parks and Recreation Director: Independence <br />Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanks- <br />giving Day, President's Day, employee's birthday and a floating <br />holiday. In the event of any full-time employee working a holiday, <br />they will be given another day during the ca7endar year to replace <br />said holiday worked. <br />Section 4: That all full-time employees as listed in Section <br />1 hereof shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Completion of 1- 5 years of full time service - 2 weeks <br />Completion of 6- 10 years of full time service - 3 weeks <br />Completion of 11 - 19 years of full time service - 4 weeks <br />Completion of 20 years and over of full time service- 5 weeks <br />Section 5: That Ordinance No. 80-139 and Ordinance No. 79-108 <br />and all other Ordinances or resolutions or parts of Ordinances or <br />resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />AITEST: <br />li VUIY V 1 L <br />lst reading• o ,2 <br />2nd readi ng : .2.ec s. <br />3rd reading• S
