Non-resident seniur5 shall be charged $1.00. SECTI QN 7: The Recreation Director shall publish the fee schedule so establiahed and post same in a conspicuous place 1n the Building Lobby. A11 fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund eet up for the Recreation 1)epar[ment and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recrea[ion Department. SRCTION 8: The Recreation Director shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons ther.efore to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the Citv of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Qlmsted for approval. The Recreation Director shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the f.ee schedule, but not less than 50% of the r.egular rate for special events and promotional purnoses on a limi_ted basis that are sponsored bv the Recreation Department. The Recreation Director shall also establish snectator admission charges, set nrices on merchandise and other services offered f.or sale. The Recreation Director may pay to a sponsoring organization not more than 507 of the snectator admission charges derived from their event. The Director may charge the North Olmsted Varsity Hockey Team the current ice rate from Varsity gate receints and 50% of the remaining balance. In the event the gate receipts are less than the current ice rate, the Varsitv Hockey Team will be billed for the full current rate.
