Non-resident seniur5 <br />shall be charged $1.00. <br />SECTI QN 7: The Recreation Director shall publish the fee schedule so <br />establiahed and post same in a conspicuous place 1n the Building Lobby. A11 <br />fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund eet up for the Recreation <br />1)epar[ment and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recrea[ion <br />Department. <br />SRCTION 8: The Recreation Director shall, from time to time, review the fee <br />schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary <br />along with reasons ther.efore to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the Citv of <br />North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Qlmsted for approval. <br />The Recreation Director shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the f.ee schedule, <br />but not less than 50% of the r.egular rate for special events and promotional purnoses <br />on a limi_ted basis that are sponsored bv the Recreation Department. The Recreation <br />Director shall also establish snectator admission charges, set nrices on merchandise <br />and other services offered f.or sale. The Recreation Director may pay to a sponsoring <br />organization not more than 507 of the snectator admission charges derived from their <br />event. The Director may charge the North Olmsted Varsity Hockey Team the current ice <br />rate from Varsity gate receints and 50% of the remaining balance.
