3 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-80 <br />PAGE 2. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause a copy of the proposed Charter amendment to be <br />published in such a manner as may be authorized by law. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorize an irected to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance <br />to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 5: That the Board of Elections is hereby reQuested to <br />cause appropriate notice to such election to be duly given in accordan¢e <br />with law. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />property, health, and safety of the City, and for the further reason <br />that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to permit <br />necessary arrangements to be made in sufficient time for said election; <br />wherefore, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />MAYOR ROBERT W.
