CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82 - 88 <br />BY: MR. WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 1212.04 <br />ENTITLED "PARKING OF TRUCKS IN SINGLE AND TWO-FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICTS" OF TITLE NINETEEN, ENTITLED <br />"OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING FACILITIES, AS <br />AMENDED. <br />WHERF.AS, this Council desires to preserve the residential <br />integrity of all land within the City of North Olmsted presently <br />zoned for Single Family and Two-Family Residence, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to restrict the <br />parking of trucks in Single and Two-Family Residence Districts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />be amended by adding a new Section 1212.04 entitled "narking of <br />Trucks in Single and Two-Family Residence Districts" of Title <br />Nineteen, entitled "Off-Street Parking and Loading Facilities", <br />which new Section shall read as follows: <br />1212.04 PARKING OF TRUCKS IN SINGLE AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTS. <br />No truck which exceeds a rated capacity of over one (1) ton <br />may be stored or parked in a Single and Two-Family Residence District. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is <br />hereby directed to cause a Notice of Public Hearing hereon, to be <br />given pursuant to the -provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of <br />the Charter of the City. <br />SECTION 3: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commisslon of the City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after Public Hearing as specified in Section 2 hereof, and <br />after its passage pursuant to the Charter of the City, the Zoning <br />Code of the City of North Olmsted shall be amended as specified in <br />Section 1 hereof. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and-after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />t 6u?x? 6_5 <br />? ?. <br />FLORENCE CAh7PBELL, CL K OF COUNCIL AAMES D.
