.,_. <br />,CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />;,*ORDINANCE N0. 82 - 94 <br />PAGE 2. <br />(b) A claim for credit or re£und under this section shall <br />be made in such manner as the Administrator may by regulation <br />provide. In the event such City of North Olmsted resident fails, <br />neglects or refuses to file an annual return or declaration on the <br />form nrescribed by the Administrator, he shall not be entitled to <br />such credit or refund and shall be considered in violation of this <br />Title for failure to file a return. <br />SECTION 2_ That Section 1501.1901 as previously adopted <br />is hereby amended. <br />SECTION 3: That Section 1501.1901 of the codified ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Tax Credit" as amended by <br />this Ordinance, shall be in force only through the year ending <br />December 31; 1985 and shall revert to the terms previously adopted <br />unless and until Council takes action to redetermine the rate of in- <br />come tax credit allowed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the uublic <br />peace, property, health, and safety of the City, and for the <br />further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective <br />to raise funds to replace the existing Bus Garage and to remove <br />the Service Garage from the North Olmsted Municipal Park, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediatley upon its passage and abproval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ? ,2/ / 4 <br />.`_? <br />ATTEST: <br />L ENCE E.
