Council Minutes of 3-5-2019 Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings meeting for Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-49 and Resolution 2019-50. The Director of Planning & Development is asked to attend. Councilman Brossard scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare meeting for Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2019-48. The Director of Safety & Service is asked to attend. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:20 to discuss Ordinance 2019-47. The Director of Planning & Development is asked to attend. Councilman Schumann scheduled a Finance meeting for Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:35 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-45 and Ordinance 2019-46. The Director of Finance and Director of Law are asked to attend. Council President Jones scheduled a Committee of the Whole meeting for Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:45 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-36, Resolution 2019-37, Resolution 2019-38, Resolution 2019-39, Resolution 2019-40, Resolution 2019-41, Resolution 2019-42, Resolution 2019-43 and Resolution 2019-44. Councilman Brossard moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss imminent litigation pertaining to Ordinance 2019-46. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Kearney, Limpert, Schumann, Williamson, Glassburn, Hemann No: None Motion carried. Director of Law Gareau asked for a point of order. He said Council will not be discussing the Ordinance in Executive Session, just some facts related to imminent litigation.
