6 <br />assigns. Nor is anything in this Agreement intended to release or discharge the obligation <br />or liability of any third persons to any party to this Agreement. <br />6.10 Severability. In the event any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the <br />law under which this Agreement is to be construed, such provision shall be deleted from <br />the Agreement and the Agreement shall be construed to give effect to the remaining <br />provisions. <br />6.11 Survival. The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set <br />forth in this Agreement shall survive the Closing.
