AMENDMENT <br />ORDINANCE INCREASE INCREASE ORDINANCE <br />2019-20 (DECREASE) (DECREASE) 2019-60 <br />MAYOR'S COURT BOND 802 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS 12.000 12.000 <br />12.000 - - 12.000 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 65,688.245 175.940 470,000 66,334185 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health,. <br />safety and welfare of this City in order to appropriate the funding of urgent city projects, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of the members of this Council, it shall take effect upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:7' 4 ' / �./ G�y ri First Reading �' 1EJ <br />Second Reading: ro (',, r;7 <br />Third Reading - �( <br />Committee rA-intN <br />Charles Massarolo it.
