Section 16: Boot and Clothing AllowanceThat the following full-time employees shall be reimbursed by the City <br />in an amount not to exceed $550 annually for the purchase or purchases of boots and clothing by such employees <br />for use in their employment with the City of North Olmsted: Road Foreman; Forestry Foreman; Fleet Manager; <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent; Waste Water Treatment Plant Assistant Superintendents (Plant, <br />Collections and Maintenance); Waste Water Collection System Foreman; Laboratory Chemist; and Golf Course <br />Maintenance Supervisor. The aforementioned allowance shall be paid during the first pay period after July 1 st of <br />each year. <br />Section 17: Commercial Drivers License (CDL) That the following full-time employees who have a Class A <br />CDL will receive an additional fifty-five cents per hour for all hours worked: Road Foreman; Forestry Foreman; <br />Fleet Manager; and Collection System Foreman. <br />Section 18: Electronic Deposit All forms of compensation shall be paid by electronic deposit to commence at <br />the City's convenience, but not less than thirty (30) days after adoption of this ordinance. If it is determined that an <br />employee is not bankable, a check will be issued for all forms of compensation for such employee. <br />Section 19: That all Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 20: That this Ordinance shall hereby be declared an emergency measure immediately necessary for the <br />preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council then it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED:��A I 2r j <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles Massarolo II, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 1 — <br />Ke M.
