Council Minutes of 5-21-2019
City Administration. It is my hope that we can bring this issue back to Council so we may
continue discussions on this very important issue.
Councilman Limpert voted no with comment. It may sound similar to people in the
audience here, but I have been a member of Council for six years and have respected how
the City Council and Administration has collaborated and communicated in regard to
legislation and council committees. I cannot say I feel the same way about this piece of
legislation. I look forward to continuing better dialog on this issue between the
administration and council committees and continued partnership with the City of
Cleveland and the Division of Water. Thank you.
Ordinance 2019-59 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading.
