Section 10: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall publish the fee schedules and post admission fees in a conspicuous place in the Recreation Center lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Parks and Recreation Department and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Parks and Recreation Department. Section 11: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons therefore to the Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval said changes will be submitted to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, however have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis. Promotional rate prices may be established by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation to promote increased utilization.
