Teletronics Corporate Profile <br />Teletronics Communications, Inc was founded in 1980 by Gale Kenney and Tom <br />Ursem as a service/support organization for a phone system manufactured by <br />TeleResources. In short order, other phone system products were added (Tetrad, <br />Tadiran)along with carrier service sales and premise wiring (cabling) sales and <br />install. During the 80's and 90's the company grew through acquisition as well as <br />organic growth to over 40 employees (roughly the same number as employed today) <br />and opened offices in Toledo, Pittsburgh, Akron/Canton, and Youngstown. In 2005 <br />Teletronics added the ShoreTel VolP product to the other phone system offerings <br />and in 2008 ShoreTel surpassed all other systems as our flagship telephony offering. <br />ShoreTel recalibrated its partner program in 2011 and established "Authorized", <br />"Silver", and "Gold" partner tiers. Key distinctions include total volume, number of <br />certified staff members, advanced certifications, number of demo units, and customer <br />satisfaction scoring. Teletronics is the only northern -Ohio dealer to achieve Gold <br />partner status. In 2009 Teletronicsalso added to our core competencies an IT <br />services division; specializing in remote IT support, BDR, and other data oriented <br />applications.
