CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 111 <br />By: Mayor Kennedy <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR DIESEL FUEL AND GASOLINE <br />PRODUCTS FOR USE BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AS PER <br />SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, AFTER <br />APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF CONTROL, TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SUCH PRODUCTS. <br />WHEREAS, the City requires diesel fuel and gasoline products for 2020 and the current <br />contract will be expiring in April of 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to advertise for <br />bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use in the City of North Olmsted, in accordance <br />with specifications on file, and that upon approval and award by the Board of Control to the <br />lowest and best bidder, that the Mayor is further hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with the lowest and best bidder. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest date provided for by law. <br />PASSED: -J iR <br />ATTEST: <br />CHARLES MA SAROLO H <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED <br />MA OR EVIN M.
