Council Minutes of 12-17-2019 <br />equipment for use at the City's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility. <br />Councilman Schumann said he was in possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance 2019-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $175,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the City Hall, <br />together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman <br />Schumann said he was in possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Jones scheduled a Committee of the Whole meeting for Monday, <br />January 6, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. to reorganize Council and adopting Council Rules. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings meeting for <br />Monday, January 6 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-114 and Resolution 2019- <br />115. The Director of Planning and Development is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development meeting for <br />Monday, January 6 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-112. The Director of Human <br />Resources is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Limpert scheduled a Streets & Transportation meeting for Monday, January <br />6 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-111. The Director of Safety & Service is asked <br />to attend. <br />Councilman Schumann scheduled a Finance meeting for Monday, January 6, 2019 at <br />7:25 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2019-109, Ordinance 2019-110 and Ordinances 2019-117 <br />through 2019-122. The Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources and Director <br />of Planning & Development are asked to attend. <br />Mayor Kennedy asked for a moment of personal privilege. Mr. Kearney, we have served <br />together for a long time. It has truly been my pleasure. When I think about you, I think <br />truly about a leader. Not the type of guy that grabs the mic or wants to be in front of the <br />TV. You aren't that guy, but you are a guy that behind the scenes helped lead this <br />Council and I want to thank you and it's been my pleasure to serve with you.
