Council Minutes of 1-7-2020 Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development Lieber and guests. • The Committee of the Whole met to update Council committees. The committees will remain the same with Councilman Kelly taking former Councilman Kearney's committee assignments. • Council also discussed the Council appointment to the Landmark and Recreation Commissions. Councilmembers Hemann and Limpert showed an interest in serving on Landmarks. Council was informed they need to vote on these appointments at the January 21 meeting. • Next, information about the Charter Review Commission was discussed • The last item discussed was the Council photo for the High School Yearbook. Councilman Brossard moved to keep committee assignments the same and to appoint Councilman Kelly to be Chair of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings committee; Vice Chair of the Streets & Transportation committee; and member of the Finance committee. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Hemann, Limpert, Williamson, Schumann, Glassburn, Kelly No: None Motion carried.
