Councilman Schumann said he was in possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. Ordinance 2020-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $125,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing telecommunications system equipment and network fiber, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services and functions; and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $260,000 of notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services and functions; and declaring an emergency.
