Council Minutes of 1-7-2020 <br />base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, <br />manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface <br />and resurfacing, in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann said he was in possession of <br />the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance 2020-10 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $125,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing telecommunications system equipment and network fiber, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services <br />and functions; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann said he was in <br />possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance 2020-11 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $260,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and <br />work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services and functions; and declaring <br />an emergency. Councilman Schumann said he was in possession of the Fiscal Officer's <br />certificate. <br />Ordinance 2020-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,170,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring fire <br />apparatus consisting of an aerial platform truck and appurtenant equipment for use by the <br />City's Fire Department; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann said he was <br />in possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance 2020-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,330,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />rehabilitating, remodeling, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving <br />buildings and facilities in the City's Municipal Complex, together with necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Schumann said he was in possession of the Fiscal Officer's certificate. <br />Ordinance 2020-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,260,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the club house <br />and ballroom facilities at the City's Springvale Golf Course, together with necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and declaring an emergency.
