Council Minutes of 2-4-2020 <br />Ordinance 2020-9 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,405,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving Alden <br />Drive and certain termini in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement <br />base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, <br />manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface <br />and resurfacing, in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Kelly, Williamson, Glassburn, Hemann, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-9 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-10 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $125,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing telecommunications system equipment and network fiber, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services <br />and functions; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Glassburn, Kelly, Hemann, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-10 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-11 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $260,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and <br />work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services and functions; and declaring <br />an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Hemann, Williamson, Limpert, Kelly, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-11 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2020-12 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,170,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring fire <br />apparatus consisting of an aerial platform truck and appurtenant equipment for use by the <br />City's Fire Department; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />
