Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director, of Finance on a biweekly basis. <br />Section 12: Fair Labor Standards Act "FLSA" /Com ensato "Corn " Time That. upon approval of the <br />Mayor or respective Director. all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, except for those holding Elected or <br />Director positions, the Police Chief; Police Captain, Fire Chief, and personnel determined by the City to be exempt <br />from the overtime provisions of the "FLSA', will be paid time and one-half their straight time rates of pay for hours <br />worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one work week unless the Mayor or their respective Director has <br />established and implemented a comp time policy for such personnel that is not in conflict with either the FLSA or <br />Section 161.13 of the Administrative Code.
