Exhibit A: Chapter 1115 Definitions (Current) <br />mobile radio communications source and transmitting those signals to a central switching <br />computer which connects the mobile unit with the land-based telephone lines for the provision of <br />Personal Wireless Services. <br />WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER or "Tower" means any structure, other than a <br />building, that elevates the Wireless Telecommunication Antenna and may include accessory <br />transmission and receiving equipment. <br />YARD means an open space at grade between a building and the adjoining lot lines. <br />YARD, FRONT means an open space between the front of a building and the front lot line, <br />generally adjacent to a street, and extending the full width of the lot. Corner lots have two (2) <br />front yards, a primary and a secondary front yard. <br />YARD, REAR means an open space <br />between the rear of a building and the <br />rear lot line and extending the full <br />width of the lot. <br />YARD, SIDE means an open space <br />between the side of a building and the <br />side lot line extending from the front <br />yard to the rear yard. <br />ZONING CODE means this ordinance and <br />any other adopted regulations of the City <br />of North Olmsted pertaining to the <br />development and use of land. <br />ZONING DISTRICT means a portion of the community that is officially delineated on the Zoning <br />Map and is subject to a particular set of land use requirements as set forth in the Zoning Code. <br />These requirements, which are uniform throughout the district, control the use of land, the <br />intensity of development and the arrangement of buildings on the land within the district. <br />ZONING MAP means a map (or maps) that graphically delineate(s) the boundaries of all zoning <br />districts within the corporate boundary of the City. <br />(Ord. 2017-32.
