Exhibit 13: Chapter 1115 Definitions (Proposed) <br />SIGN, GROUND means e sign other than a pole sign, not attached to a bui|d|ng, which is <br />placed upon or supported by the ground independently of any other structure, typically on a <br />ground O[pedestal structure. <br />SIGN, ILLUMINATED means any sign which has characters, |etters, figunaa, designs or <br />outlines illuminated externally Or internally by any light source other than non -reflected <br />natural daylight. <br />SIGN, MANUAL CHANGEABLE COPY means a changeable copy sign designed so that <br />the Cha[8Ct8rS. letter or illustrations Can be changed or rearranged nl8nUB||y.
