<br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2021, 2022 AND 2023 WITH SALARY RANGES OF A ZERO PERCENT
<br />(0%) INCREASE FOR 2021 AND A TWO AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (2.5%) INCREASE IN 2022 AND 2023 FOR FULL-
<br />TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS; AMENDING SECTIONS 14, 15 AND 16; AND OTHERWISE RESTATING
<br />COMPENSATION BENEFITS AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE
<br />PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2021, 2022 AND 2023, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of Council
<br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. The
<br />salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as aoorooriate.
