Invoice for the (Annual Subscription Fee Total + One -Time Total) will be sent out 2 weeks after signature and Effective Date II. This subscription Fee and Agreement have been provided at the Customer's request and is valid for 25 days III. This cost proposal cannot be disclosed or used to compete with other companies. IV. This agreement combines existing services totaling $12,000 annually as well as proposed added services (Capital Asset-Stormwater, and the general Capital Asset Management modules, and GIS REST services) for $4,500 for a combined annual total of $16,500. A new invoice covering all services will be sent in January 2021 for $14,000. In January 2022 and any year thereafter, the amount will be $16,500 to cover all software services on this agreement. V.
