Council Minutes of 12-15-2020 and certain other designated streets between certain termini in the City by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, adjusting, constructing and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2020-131 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,035,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring fire apparatus consisting of an aerial platform truck and appurtenant equipment for use by the City's Fire Department; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2020-132 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,260,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the Club House and Ballroom facilities at the City's Springvale Golf Course, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2020-133 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,330,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, rehabilitating, remodeling, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and facilities in the City's Municipal Complex, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2020-134 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $260,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out city services and functions; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Registrar Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement, and declaring an emergency.
